As a young girl, I started attending VCS in the 3rd grade. A private education was important to my parents and I am so glad it was. I feel so blessed to have attended there until I graduated from High School! Throughout my time at the school I deepened my relationship with Christ, while participating in music and sports! The teachers were amazing, and I made some of my best friends from my time there. After receiving my music degree, as well as my Theology degree, I applied to be a teacher at VCS. I taught for 5 years before taking some time off to get married and have children. Now that my children are in school there was no question about where my husband and I wanted to send our kids. The same things that were important to my parents for my education are just as important to me and my husband for our kids’ education. We believe they are in the best school!

If you didn't already list it above, what do you love about VCS?

We love the Biblical education, the teachers and staff, the safety, and the community that comes with being apart of the VCS family!

In what ways have you seen your children grow in their faith as a result of their experiences at VCS? How, if any, has this impacted your family?

We love that our children are quoting/memorizing Scripture, and realizing they can lean on God in the good times and bad. They are becoming prayer warriors and we love watching their faith deepen!

What is the one word your family would use to describe the Vacaville Christian School experience?

Priceless

What would you tell other parents who are considering enrolling their children at VCS?

Do it! Make it happen however you can. It is 100% worth it!!
