Athletic Clearance
All 5th- 12th grade athletes must sign up for their respective sports on Final Forms. All paperwork must be filled out prior to the 1st day of practice. New athletes will not be able to participate until they have signed up. Parents must create the new profile for the athlete before they can participate. Please check all sports for the upcoming year that your athlete is interested in. Sign up today.
High School Athletes are required to have a new physical every year. Middle School Athletes are not required.
