May 13, 2013: A Message from George Allen, VCS Director of Operations
"Our construction crews completed the final details on our solar panels this past week. The system has been in operational test for a few weeks and has been performing as expected. We look forward to receiving our "sun energy" and are blessed to have been chosen for this project.

Thank you to all parents, students, neighbors, and staff for working alongside our crews during this project. I was told more than once by the contractors that VCS has been the best place they have ever worked. I agree!" --George Allen
