Welcome to the Office of Admissions and Advancement. Our office manages the enrollment process and raises support for Vacaville Christian Schools. We consistently seek to make the enrollment process more efficient and streamlined. We also seek to build relationships with our parents, alumni, and local community in both celebrating the success stories of our students and securing the future of Vacaville Christian Schools.
Vacaville Christian Schools’ (VCS) Annual Fund serves as the financial backbone for this institution. It supplies much-needed funds for the school’s educational and extracurricular endeavors.
The future of VCS rests with the continued ability to not just replenish, but grow the Annual Fund so that this institution can continue offering the best Christ-centered academics, fine arts opportunities, and sports programs, as well as attract exceptional educators. This necessitates growing the Annual Fund at a rate that keeps pace with VCS’ unparalleled growth and expansion, seen in recent years.
In addition, future funds would contribute to many other areas of great need, including:
• A concerted effort to attract and maintain the most qualified Christian educators in Solano County
• The continued development of trailblazing curricula and pedagogical practices, from infant care through high school
• The maximization of the students’ learning environment through renovations and technical advancements
• The implementation of cutting-edge learning resources
VCS’ leadership seeks to increase the Annual Fund using sound financial practices and according to the biblical principle found in Proverbs 13:11 which says, “. . . he who gathers money little by little makes it grow.” The ‘little by little’ indicates that a partnership must exist between VCS and the school’s parents, grandparents, alumni, and friends in accomplishing this goal.
The following avenues serve to build the Annual Fund, ‘little by little.’ We ask that you prayerfully consider joining with us in this worthwhile cause by participating in at least one of the four areas:
• Business Partners Program—Encourages VCS’ constituents to patronize specific local businesses, who then contribute a portion of the proceeds to VCS
• Special Events — such as The Annual Golf Tournament and Dinner Auction, raises funds through business sponsorships and registration fees
• Ink Cartridge Recycling Program—Encourages VCS’ constituents to practice good stewardship by bringing their discarded cartridges to campus, which then VCS representative trade in for money
• Grace of Giving Campaign— This newly launched campaign which allows VCS’ supporters to make tax-deductible donations to VCS
