However, we also know there is nothing more important than our children. And as educators, parents, grandparents, family and friends, when we see a need, it is our obligation to meet it.
Working together, we can address the following immediate, ongoing, and future needs:
- Support the operational budget by bridging the gap between tuition and operational costs. Currently this is approximately $600 annually per child;
- Recruit and retain highly talented Christian educators and staff members;
- Update and enhance campus facilities and technology;
- Continue to develop state-of-the-art curricula and teaching practices.
We only have one chance to educate a child: to instill Christian values, encourage academic achievement, and prepare them for a productive life. Which is why we must not let the opportunity pass us by. Together, we can gather the resources we need to guarantee that VCS can continue to nurture, excite, challenge, protect, and prepare our children for many years to come.
We strive to keep tuition affordable, the Destiny campaign bridges the gap of the actual cost of an education at VCS and tuition. Tuition only covers 85% of what it costs to provide an education for each student. The gap of over $600 per student is made up through the gifts of Treasure from our donors.
One Destiny, Limitless Possibilities
Previously, there have been numerous opportunities for members of the VCS family to give. However, from this point forward, there is only Destiny. One fund. One campaign. One collective, community-wide effort to support the sacred mission of VCS.
No gift too big, or too small. Every dime is needed, and every gift is greatly appreciated. As a donor, you can rest assured we will work tirelessly to manage these funds with wisdom, grace and efficiency, and get as much educational value out of each dollar as possible.

Our success in this undertaking is critical. If we believe - and we all do - in the enduring value of a Christian-based education and the potential of each of our children, we will give of ourselves. Faithfully, selflessly, and in loyal service to God.
